The object is circular in plan (max external diameter 21.7mm, internal 18.8mm) with a narrow band measuring 1.3mm wide at the narrowest point that gradually widens and thickens towards the top. The surviving part of the arm is 27mm long, ending in a break. The arm has a parallelogram shaped section and is 10.8mm high by 7.8mm wide.
