An incomplete copper-alloy purse bar of Post-Medieval date, c.AD 1550-1650. Williams Class K. The object comprises a central cylindrical block flanked by prominent ribs from which flat, wing-like bars emerge. One bar terminates in a worn break after the rib. The other bar curves sharply downwards before terminating in a worn break. The remaining bar has cast scrolling foliate designs on both sides and a circular perforation to the lower edge. An incomplete copper-alloy mount of probable Post-Medieval date, c.AD 1500-1700. The mount comprises a sub-rectangular plate, broken to either end. The upper surface is decorated with ridge and groove designs along each long edge. A V-shape made up of chevrons is present to one end of the plate. The reverse is flat and undecorated. No lugs, rivet holes, or other means of attachments are visible on the extant piece, but it likely served as a decorative fitting from a box or an item of furniture. An incomplete copper-alloy button of Post-Medieval date, c.AD 1600 - 1750. The button is discoidal and flat. The upper surface is decorated with a central ring and dot design from which four equidistant arms comprised of zig-zags extend. The space between the arms has leaf motifs formed of incised lines. The reverse displays a scar from an integral shanks which is lost to a worn break. The metal has a dark green/grey patina and is worn. The button is 16.7mm in diameter, 2.7mm thick and weighs 2.8g. A complete copper-alloy Anglo-gallic or French ecu au soleil coin weight of Post-Medieval date, c.AD 1475 - 1650. The coin weight is hexagonal and uniface. It is decorated on one surface with a crowned shield containing three lis and a sun in place of the central lis of the crown. The reverse is flat and undecorated. The front is decorated with irregularly spaced grooves radiating from the pellet to the edge.
