Large scraper made from an opaque, grey-brown flint with some inclusions. There is a small area of cortex at one end. Both the dorsal and ventral faces show signs of a conchoidal fracture although the scars are weakly defined and may reflect natural fracture. Retouch extends across the upper right hand side of the flint (as shown) and down the right hand side. Ventral face bears two main facets and at one end is an area of neat retouch, invasive, sub-parallelled, low angle. The knife has been burned and its surfaces are covered with craze-cracking. Incomplete piece of flint, possibly a scraper. The flint is almost arrow shaped but has a larger eastern side, and it appears to have had its top and base either snapped or broker off. Its obverse shows some signs of knapping and has a raised surface, whereas the reverse is predominantly flat. It has a light grey patina. The object weighs 12.4g, and has a width of 33.01mm and a length of 38.05mm. It is 10.30mm thick at its thickest point.
