An incomplete Roman copper-alloy Colchester derivative 'initial' T-shaped, Dorset type bow brooch (AD 50-150). The pin is missing and the chain/head loop is largely missing. The tubular wings taper slightly towards their ends. However, the top of the wings are flat. At the rear of the wings a slot to accommodate a pin loop is off-centre. Close to the bow the wings have a diameter of about 4.4mm. Each outer end has a small portion missing and is abraded. An incomplete lead steelyard weight with partial iron suspension loop dating to the Roman period (c.AD 43 - AD 410). The weight is biconical with a central perforation through which the square-sectioned suspension loop remains. The upper half is longer than the bottom giving the object a kite shape in cross-section. The weight is patinated a dull grey-white typical of patinated lead. The overall dimensions are as follows: 33.44mm in length, 32.85mm in diameter and 94.7g in weight.

A copper-alloy Colchester derivative, rear hook brooch dating to the late first century AD. The head of the brooch comprises a pair of rectangular wings which are semi-circular in section. They are decorated with vertical panels of ribs and grooves, with the ribs being knurled. There is a small knop at the top of the bow, all that remains of a chord hook. An incomplete copper alloy Colchester derivative, hinged brooch. The wings are short and tubular housing a copper alloy axis bar for the hinged pin. The expanded, pierced head of the pin only remains. The bow is arched from the wings and curves down, tapering as it does so, to a plain foot. There is the remnant of a catch plate at the rear of the foot. The bow is oval in cross section and decorated with a central longitudinal ridge. Date: Roman - c. AD 55 - 100 Dimensions: 27.94mm x 11.56mm x 6.31mm. Weight: 6.31g.
