A Medieval or Post-medieval lead cast token dating to the period AD c. 1400-1800. The token is sub circular in shape. The obverse depicts an eight petalled flower with central pellet and one pellets in each petal, the reverse is undecorated. The token is 15.10mm in diameter and weights 1.84g.

Lead, or lead alloy, cast token (two-sided). Crudely made and probably cast. Obv: Pictorial design of stickman with exaggerated hands. Rev: Pictorial design of an eight-legged animal with split tail. Probably a scorpion. Diameter 24-25mm, thickness 2.5mm, weight 8.7g. Cast in bivalve mould. Lead tokens in various forms were used for a multitude of functions and circulated from the medieval period to the 19th century. One side contains a pictorial design consisting of a bird (duck?) facing right adjacent to a vegetal tendril motif; the other side bears a circumscribing legend made up of reversed capitals and unusual letter forms and probably reading "II ISAAC L(?)SO[.]". Diameter 20-21.5mm, thickness 2mm, weight 6.4 grams.
