An incomplete Early Medieval silver and gold buckle plate dating from AD 580 - 650. It is of Marzinzik type II.23. Only the hinged end of the plate survives. The end is concave, with a projecting sheet forming the hinge tabs, but broken before the tabs bend round the missing frame. It has a slot for the missing pin.
