The spring, pin, foot, most of the catch plate, part of the wings, and part of the wing caps are missing. The head is 19.15mm wide including the semi-cylindrical wings. The wings terminate in sub-oval wing caps, though a greater percentage of the right wing cap survives compared to the left wing cap.
