The bust type is slightly unclear due to the preservation of the coin but seems to be an older Caracalla rather than Severus, Geta, or Elagabalus. What survives of the reverse suggests a Vota type but with legend that isn't seen on Caracalla's later issues, probably indicating this is an irregular copy…

This is probably a contemporary copy combining an obverse from early in Caracalla's reign (c. AD 198-200) with a reverse type proper to Septimius Severus dating to c.AD 197-200. Cf. RIC IV.1 no. 133 for the probable reverse type.
The coin has a copper-alloy core with plated silver surface, much of which is missing at the edges of the flan.…
