Prototype of the mint of Rome. cf. RIC II.1 (2nd ed.), no. 522 for a possible reverse type.  The coin is 19.2mm in diameter, 1.5mm thick, and weighs 2.42g. It is unusually thin for a denarius and has a light green patina with a silver wash.
