Part of the flan between 5 and 8 o'clock when viewed from the obverse is missing, perhaps revealing a base core beneath.

NOBILITAS reverse type depicting Nobilitas standing left holding sceptre and palladium. This is a contemporary copy with a reverse type that is known on quinarii of Caracalla (RIC IV.1, p. 235, no. 162) but more typically issued for denarii of Geta (BMC, p. 197, no.223 passim; cf. RIC IV.1, p. 316, no. 13a) and also noted on hybrid contemporary copies of Septimius Severus (BMC, p. 227, no. 13; RIC IV.1, p. 131, no.320). Uncertain mint.
