RIC IV, pt 2, p. 154, no. 467. RIC (written in 1936) gives a specific mint attribution to Laodicea, but this is now not commonly acknowledged. This is a good example of a scarce coin.

This is probably a hybrid or mule with reverse type of issues 14 or 15 (cf. BMC, p. 196, no. 813 passim, p. 201, no. 875 passim; cf. RIC IV.2, p. 89, no. 252) with an earlier obverse legend. Almost half of the coin is missing due to recent breaks.
