A copper alloy Roman coin: possibly a contemporary copy of a nummus of Constantius II dating from c. AD 337-61 (Reece Period 18), FEL TEMP REPARATIO type, depicting soldier advancing left, spearing fallen horseman (who wears pointed hat and turns to face soldier, extending his left arm). Prototype Mint: Lyon (AD 353-60). RIC VIII, p. 191, cf. no. 189. The coin is 17.44mm in diameter and 1.38mm thick. It weighs 2.13g.
