Probable Roman (mid 1st to 3rd century) mount: the copper alloy mount is incomplete or fragmentary. The body of the mount is an oval shape with a truncated and broken terminal, and at the opposite edge there is a integral sub-rectangular plate. The plate is decorated with fine transverse grooves which have been interupted by a circular perforation or cell. On the reverse thiscircular perforation or cell has a stud protruding. A Medieval copper alloy bar mount, dating from AD 1350 -1400. The copper alloy mount has an oval shaped plan with an integral sub-oval knop at either end, one incomplete. Each knop has a rivet hole with the remains of a copper alloy rivet visible in one of these. The mount is decorated with four parallel, transverse grooves on the body and these are cross-hatched. The body and knops are domed in profile and hollow on the reverse.

A Roman copper-alloy mount, dating to circa AD 43 - 410.
A broadly circular mount with decoration and enamel inlay on the front face.The design consists of a central square that is slightly recessed with a coloured border. The circumference of the mount has the same width and coloured border. Each corner of the square has a small linear rib joining the square to the outer border. Surounding the square within the outer border are enamelled cells. Most of the colour has been lost now, although there are tiny traces of red enamel.

A late Medieval copper-alloy sexfoil mount, dating to c.1350-1500.
A domed body with six furled 'petals' with grooves between each and rounded terminals with a circular fixing aperture at the apex. The reverse is concave and the surface displays a green patina.

A complete copper alloy Mount of Medieval date (AD 1200-1450). The object is composed of a lozenge shaped plate with a rectangular cross section. within the central upper portion of the object are two, circular perforations. The front of the object has some shallow incised linear motifs which are largely obscured by abrasion. The back of the object is slightly concave and undecorated.

There is a central curved section which is axe shaped, this narrows before widening into two curved arms ending in a rounded knop. A complete copper alloy post medieval openwork mount or fitting dating to the c. 17th Century AD. There is a central circular hoop, projecting out from this are four tear shaped hoops, joined by a large circular hoop running around the whole of the fitting. It has a dark green patina, and measures 57.8mm by 60.6mm, 2.0mm in thickness and weighs 12.39g.
It is possibly part of a harness fitting or furniture mount, similar to SUR-3D8CAA,WILT-3FE41D and KENT-8BF1D1.

A complete post medieval copper alloy mount or belt fitting, dating to 1500-1700AD. The mount is sub oval in shape, with one edge slightly wider than the other, resembling the shape of a leaf. There is a rounded knop projecting at each of the narrower ends. Running diagonally across the mount projecting out from the centre of the wider end are incised lines, resembling the veins of a leaf. A mostly complete copper alloy mount dating to the post medieval period (c.AD 1600-1700).
The mount is broadly in a quatrefoil shape with a cusp between each lobe to present the mount as a flower; one of the lobes is incomplete. In the centre is a large protruding pellet. The surface is decorated with incised lines to define the individual lobes and cusps. The reverse is slightly concave in the centre and two incomplete integral lugs are positioned at opposite ends of the mount. The mount has a light green patina.
