A gold ingot in the form of a bar, sub-oval in cross-section. Two opposite, faces have been flattened by hammering. One end tapers slightly to a rounded blunt point and the other end has a ragged break. Discussion: Whilst it is possibly older than 300 years and could therefore qualify as Treasure under the Treasure Act (1996), it is not diagnostic enough to assign to a particular type and period.

An incomplete gold ingot in the form of a flat bar. One end is roughly semi-circular in plan. At the opposite end there is an old ragged break. The edges are rounded but uneven. Each flat face is slightly faceted. Although this ingot may date to a time prior to 1708, it is impossible to be certain that it is less than 300 years old. Therefore, it fails to meet the stipulations required for Treasure under the Treasure Act 1996.

It is rounded at one end, with a rough break at the other. It survives in fairly good condition apart from a few scratch marks on each face.
