A gold and black enamel moruniing ring of Post Medieval date. The ring is complete save for a slight break in the stone. The hoop is of even width, interrupted by a large bezel which consists of a square gold strip collar and a pyramidal base. The gold strip collar is vertical and decorated on the outside with a raised rim. The base of the bezel projects into the centre of the hoop, and is made with ribs alternating with cells which also retain black enamel. Gold The object is a memento mori or Mourning finger ring that has a D-shape cross-section hoop. On the face of the ring is engraved a three-quarter left facing skull, that has large recessed circular eyes, a pointed nasal cavity in-between; a single row of teeth below and a rounded brain case to the right to complete the skull. The remainder of the outside of the band is undecorated.
On the inside of the hoop is the inscription ’M.H obt 20 Sep, 1704 with the makers mark JC in gothic style lettering.

A complete gold finger ring of medieval date (c.1400-1500).
Description: The ring is circular in plan and rectangular in cross-section. The exterior is engraved with an inscription in black letter script which reads 'Je desir vous Ceruir' which translates to 'I desire to serve you'. Between these words are sprigs of leaves. The interior surface is undecorated. There is a crack to the outer surface.

A complete Post-Medieval inscribed gold posie finger ring dating c. 1650-1800.
The ring has a broadly D-shaped cross-section with bevelled internal edges. The external surface is plain and undecorated with a small knick and multiple shallow scratches. The internal surface is inscribed in lower case reading: God alone made us two one followed by a maker's mark RP within a rectangular cartouche.

A complete post medieval milled gold Portuguese 4000 reis or 'moidore' of João V (AD 1706-1750). Minted in Rio de Janeiro dated 1724.
The coin is very slight bent in two areas forming a V, but is otherwise near pristine.

Description: A complete but warped cast gold posy ring of Post-Medieval date, c.AD 1625 - 1800.
The object is a finger ring made of a hoop which would have been circular but has now been squashed into an irregular sub-oval shape. The ring has a shallow D-shaped cross-section with a convex outer surface and flat inner surface. The ring is plain barring an inscription on the inner surface of the hoop. An incomplete gold cross pendant in the form of a crucified Christ probably dating from the medieval to post-medeival period.
Three arms have survived, the lower arm has broken off and is now missing. The ring has a flat hoop of rectangular cross-section. It widens and thickens at the bezel area.
