An incomplete Post medieval copper alloy sexfoil furniture mount dating to c. AD 1500-1800. The object consists of six conjoined petals that taper towards a central perforation. The object is conical in shape. Each of the petals has an external knop at the apex. The reverse of the object is undecorated but the front has linear engraved divisions between each of the petals. Dimensions: Diameter, 34.3mm; thickness, 1.5mm; weight, 5.04g. A similar fitting can be seen at SUSS-D16C52 and SWYOR-42C0ED.

A post medieval-modern copper alloy pipe tamper, moulded in the form of a horse's leg and hoof dating to c AD 1700 - 1900. The hoof and leg are finely moulded.  The leg is moulded with the leg raised and at the top of the leg, the leg widens to form the tamper.  There is some evidence of corrosion and damage but the object is complete with a dark brown patina.  Cf other examples on the PAS database SWYOR-2FEE08, LVPL989 and SWYOR-7449E3. Copper alloy stud of unknown date. The stud has a triangular sectioned head with six irregular facets rising to a rounded point.The shaft is square in section and tapers gradually from the head 7.6mm to a blunt point. The stud 's plainness makes it hard to date it precisely. Database examples extend from the Roman to the late Post Medieval periods. It is probably a decorative stud for harnessing or furniture. c.f. A fragment of Middle Bronze Age cast copper alloy palstave dating to c. 1600-1150 BC. The find is the septum or back portion of the palstave and is sub-rectangular in plan. The end is rounded and the sides are raised, although now more prominently on one than the other. Dimensions: length: 20.1mm; width: 26.7mm; thickness: 4.5mm; weight: 13.03mm. Palstaves are the most common axe used in the Middle Bronze Age.
