Silver blanc guénar of Charles VI (1380-1422) of France. Lombardic lettering with double pelleted-annulet stops. The coin seems to have been deliberately cut in half, rather than torn, and has a cut in the body of the coin, which has been caused by later damage.

An incomplete silver Blanc Guénar probably of Charles VI of France (1380 - 1422). The incomplete coin is broken into two fragments which account for about four fifths of the entire coin. Both fragments are highly worn, with little surviving detail on the obverse of the coin.

An incomplete Medieval silver Blanc Guénar of Charles VI of France (1380-1422),Duplessy 377; Ciani cf. 506, mint: Paris, produced from 1385. Reference: Duplessy 1988: 172. The coin is worn, slightly clipped and cracked with a fragment missing. It has small areas of green adhesion or corrosion on both faces.
