A complete cast copper alloy Roman escutcheon or mount, probably from a bucket. The sub-triangular mount is hollow behind and trapezoidal in section. Although the mount is plain, it may be a debased representation of the bull’s head type. At the top is a slightly curved integral sub-oval attachment loop with a groove at the base. At either side of the loop, the top of the mount is faceted. The length is 76.6mm, the maximum width is 45.6mm, the thickness is 9.9mm and the weight is 48.76g.

An incomplete cast copper alloy Roman stud. The solid domed shaped stud has an elongated biconical knob on the top. The base of the stud has an incomplete rim and there is the remains of an iron rivet surviving in the centre of the base. The length of the stud is 32.5mm and the diameter of the base is 20.2mm and the weight is 21.91g. Similar examples can be found in Allason-Jones & Miket, 1984, P216 Nos. 3.734-6.

An incomplete cast copper alloy Roman tile comb. The incomplete shaft is circular in section at the truncated end, then swells slightly and becomes more rectangular in section to the comb head. The integral flat comb head has fine V-shaped teeth cut out of the bottom edge to create a zigzag pattern. The upper edge of the comb has a semi-circular aperture and the sides slope downwards. The surviving length of the complete comb is 44.1mm, the length of the comb head is 39.2mm, the thickness of the head is 2.2mm and the weight is 6.74g.
