A worn 4th-century copper-alloy Roman nummus of Constantine II as Caesar, 'Gloria Exercitus' type, first issue, struck between 330 and 335 AD. This coin has lost some of its upper surface and has been pierced at a later date, probably in the early-medieval period judging by finds of early-medieval date made in the vicinity. The piercing is aligned to neither obverse nor reverse designs.
