In a note on these anonymous 4th century half-siliquae, Roger Bland notes that the vota reverse may be significant in terms of the dating of these issues, potentially linking it to the 10th anniversay of Theodosius I (388-389 AD) or the 10th anniversary of Arcadius (392-393 AD).
