A distorted Roman silver open-ended bracelet. The cross-section of the hoop varies between circular and oval. The terminals are lightly trumpet-shaped, solid and plain, with a quite rudimentarily finished flat end. Roman examples of this type of bracelet, some with incised decoration, are known in gold, silver, and copper alloy. It measures 68mm deep (terminal to back of hoop) by 61mm wide and weighs 12.73g.
