An incomplete copper alloy Roman (AD c.50-c.150) Colchester Derivative type brooch with hinge mechanism, missing the ends of its wings, an unknown length of its bow, its foot, its pin and its catchplate. Overall, the brooch measures 19.2mm long, 18.8mm wide and 9.2mm thick. It weighs 3.03g. The wings have a span of 18.8mm and are 5.5mm in diameter, but have been badly damaged and as a result the hinge bar projects out of one end. An incomplete copper alloy Roman to post-medieval (AD c.43-c.1700) finger ring, missing most of its hoop. Overall, the ring measures 21.3mm long, 17.0mm wide and 12.6mm thick. It weighs 5.79g. The bezel is oval in plan and measures 19.3mm long, 17.0mm wide and 3.2mm thick. The top and bottom surfaces are flat, but the top surface may have been enamelled. There is only a small section of the hoop, which projects almost at right angles from one end of the bezel and is semi-circular in section. At the break it measures 3.5mm wide and 2.2mm thick.

Copper alloy late Roman nummus cut into a rectangle and probably re-used as a weight. On the front the obverse diademed bust of ?Arcadius or Gratian is visible looking right, and the reverse depiction of a figure walking left holding something in the trailing hand is seen on the back. The object might be a patera or a captives head.
