An annular lead weight, with a diameter of 29.7mm, a maximum thickness of 9.0mm, and a mass of 30g. The central perforation has a diameter of 10.8mm. It is unornamented, with a pale grey-white surface colour, and one face is poorly preserved. Such weights are difficult to date, and their precise function is uncertain, though they may have been used in fishing or weaving. This undecorated example may date to any time between the Roman and early postmedieval periods.

Cast lead spindle whorl. Circular, domed spindle whorl with irregular circular hole through the centre. Decorated on both sides with a single line in relief forming a 4-pointed star shape. Diameter 29.7mm, thickness 10.0mm, weight 40.50g Spindle whorls are difficult to date since they were used in a very similar form for many centuries. This could therefore be from any period from Roman to early post medieval.
