Fragment of Roman copper-alloy bracelet, about 51 mm long, bent so that the ends nearly meet in a ring about 17 to 18 mm in diameter. This is rather small for a finger-ring. Both ends of the bracelet have old breaks. The fragment gently tapers from 7 to 4 mm wide; the wider end is broken across a snake's head terminal decorated with up to three rows of C-shaped punchmarks. The rest of the fragment is badly corroded, but in places it is evident that one row of punchmarks continued to the other break.
