Probably VIRTVS AVG reverse type depicting Severus Alexander standing left, foot on helmet, holding globe and reversed spear. Mint of Rome. cf. RIC IV.2, p. 87, no. 226.  Diameter: 17.72 mm; Weight: 1.61g; DA: 12. The coin is heavily corroded, with a dull grey patina.
