Mint of Rome. RIC IV, pt 2, pp. 145 and 147, cf. nos. 61 and 84. The original record notes a cornucopia and Providentia is the only common type with this attribute for Maximinus I.

RIC IV, pt 2, p. 140, no. 12. Denarii of this period are debased. The coin has lost about a sixth of its diameter to one side from an old break and part of the back and front have flaked away.
