A somewhat corroded copper-alloy bow brooch of the Colchester type, dating to the Late Iron Age or early Roman period, c. 25-60 AD. The catchplate and pin are missing, though the remainder of the brooch is preserved intact. It demonstrates a winged head (the wings short and stubby, being rectangular in section) from the rear of which projects a bent rearward facing hook. At the apex of the head is a spring chord bent forwards in the direction of the bow. An incomplete cast copper-alloy brooch of uncertain type, possibly a knee form dating c. 100-250 AD. It demonstrates an originally rectangular (?) headplate with a projecting double lug on its reverse face, below which is a strongly curving bow that straightens towards its lower portion before truncating in old damage. Traces of a white metal coating cover its front and rear faces.
