An incomplete lead possibly Roman steelyard weight, dating to AD 43-410. It is roughly bi-conical with one iron loop inserted in each of the rounded ends. The loops have different sizes and the largest is incomplete. The weight has a light greyish brown patina and is marked by scratches and dentings. Diameter: 28.45 g Length: 56.59 mm Weight: 127.54 g
