An incomplete cast copper alloy Roman plate brooch of Umbonate type dating to the 2nd century AD. The brooch is missing the pin large portions of the circumferential plate as well as the lug/loop at the head and catch plate in old damage, with overall surviving dimensions of 43.1mm long x 26.9mm wide x 13.3mm deep. The central boss is circular in plan and domed/sub-conical with long and narrow triangular recessed cells converging to a central circular domed knop (4.3mm diameter). An incomplete copper alloy nummus coin of Constantine I dating to AD 319 (Reece Period 16). VICTORIAE LAETAE PRINC PERP reverse type. Mint of Trier, as RIC VII Treveri 214/21. The coin has been misstruck on the reverse and much of the edge is missing. The coin retains a slight trace of silvering.

An incomplete cast copper alloy Roman brooch of Colchester Derivative Polden Hill (CD PH CD PH, 4.l.c Plate 49) type and 2nd century AD date. The brooch is missing much of the wings and spring, foot and catchplate with an overall surviving length of 53.5mm and max width of 24.1mm at the wings. The more intact wing is warped by iron corrosion (with a remaining diameter of 9.5mm) from the iron axis bar. The stump of a small backwards-facing hook or perforated lug is preserved on the back of the head would have held the spring chord.

A complete cast copper alloy finger ring or unfinished earring of Roman date (AD 43-410). The object is circular in plan (max external diameter 21.7mm, internal 18.8mm) with a narrow band measuring 1.3mm wide at the narrowest point that gradually widens and thickens towards the top. The top of the ring (or bottom, if an earring) is decorated by a moulding (D-shaped in section) covering half of the ring and reaches its thickest/widest point at the apex where it measures 3.4mm wide by 3.2mm thick. An incomplete cast copper alloy Roman Colchester derivative Polden Hill type brooch and of 1st-2nd century AD date. The brooch is missing the pin, foot and most of the catch-plate resulting in an overall length of 47.3mm. The wings are oval in section and span a width of 26.1mm and terminate in raised moulded wing caps (8.9mm x 9.9mm) flanked by small moulded and incised ribs. The brooch consists of the head with wings and bow, with an overall surviving length of 50.8mm. The spring, pin, catch-plate and most of the foot are missing in old damage. An incomplete copper alloy and enamel button-and-Loop Fastener of Roman date (Likely 2nd century AD). The button-and-loop fastener is of Wild's Class Via and is missing much of its surface due to heavy corrosion, while the loop ends in a break just as it starts to bifurcate.
The head of the object is sub rectangular in form and may originally have been square, with a flat rectangular section. Its surviving dimensions are 15.6mm wide, 16.1mm long and 3.8mm thick.
