Incomplete lead possible Roman brooch model. It consists of a strip of lead now bent at 90° in two places and weighs 5.1g. It is 19.5mm in bent length. The object is flat to the reverse and slightly rounded to the front, with grooved decoration in the form of lines running the length of the object. One end of the object is flat and rounded (4.8mm wide, 1.4mm thick) while the other end is broken (7.4mm wide, 3.4mm thick and D-shaped in section). The object would have measured c.47mm pre-bending. 1st-2nd century.

Teardrop-shaped lead (alloy?) object, with flat top and rounded underside. The shape is similar to that of a spoon bowl, suggesting that perhaps this object was a model for the moulding of spoon bowls.

A piece of cut copper alloy measuring 31.5x25x(max)5mm (min 4.5mm). It weighs 23.09g (0.815 oz). It is octagonal in shape, the sides of similar length (longest 13mm, shortest 9mm) though rather crudely done, suggesting it has not been shaped to be a decorative fitting, for example. On one face is one faint and one clear design, apparantly similar, of an oval outline created by tiny punch marks and approximately 11.5x9mm (clear) and 12x10mm (less clear) in size. A copper alloy female head and shoulders. The facial features have been modelled slightly crookedly. The downturned almond shaped eyes are deeply incised and the slit for the mouth is not symmetricaslly under the rather fleshy nose. The hair is pulled back into a bun at the nape of the neck.
