Early Roman cremation. The find consists of an incomplete cream-coloured Nene-Valley ware flagon with cremated human remains inside it. The flagon has a pedestal base, wide globular body and an incomplete narrow neck. The vessel has been partially restored by the landowner. The bone is mostly well cremated however there are a few larger broken bones, some of which do not appear to have been burnt.
