Roman silver denarius, proably of Severan date. The surviving section of the obverse inscription suggests a Severan Augustus or Caesar, as does the reverse design. (The lack of an image or a detailed description of the obverse makes a definite ID impossible - Finds Adviser, 31/09/2004).
