Copper alloy possible bracelet fragment. Cast ring of plano-convex trapezoid section and estimated internal diameter 50mm with a series of fifteen triangular cells set point-to-base around its convex face. The cells are filled with degraded enamel of an off-white hue. If worn as envisaged, the decorated surface would appear on one side rather than upon the upper surface, which may hint at its being worn as part of a multiple set. Hollow cast head from a figurine, comprising a youthful face with large lentoid eyes and a small mouth and nose, and a coiffure comprising thick and thin 'braids' angled to frame the face while concealing the ears, and with four further thick braids swept back from the right side of the head [as viewed] to cross another three braids swept back from the left side. Copper alloy unidentified object. Cast styliform rod of rectangular section with an expended and flattened end with straight and slightly divergent sides. This was probably made by hammering the rod, and horizontal lines or chatter marks on its upper surface may indicate the concluding stages of that process. The other end is blunt and rounded. There is no wear at either end to suggest use of the object as a stylus, despite its form and convenient size. Copper alloy brooch. Cast hinged Colchester derivative, Mackreth Type CD H 17. Sub-rectangular wings with a groove at their ends with a cylindrical case clenched behind to retain an axis bar on which remains the stub of a hinged pin. The stub of an integrally cast top loop surmounts the head of the brooch. The wings are met by a broad flat bow of rectangular section.
