Cast trapezoid loop with opposed pointed projections inside the loop towards its narrower end; a thickened moulded lip flanked by ridges is set centrally on the longest side with small knops at either end of that edge. Copper alloy strap fitting. Solid cast object resembling a miniature version of a horse-hoof form of Iron Age linch pin, with a small oval loop behind formed by the passing of a moulded and bifurcated strand from behind its ‘head’ to pass around its narrower lower end. The surface is pitted and a coppery colour, evidencing either ancient trauma or recent and over-assertive cleaning. Copper alloy strap fitting or strap slide, as kindly identified by the finder. A cast openwork disc with a plain broad rim confining four symmetrically disposed petals with a central round aperture. White metal plating appears on what is taken as the display face. The reverse bears a curved integrally cast and centrally positioned bar forming a loop; it is masked by opposed petals. The white metal plating recalls the preference of the 1st-century Roman army for white metal trim on its various fittings, and commends an early Roman date. Copper alloy strap fitting. Cast strap slide comprising a lentoid or vesica shaped plate with a sub-rectangular integrally cast loop behind. The display face bears a central boss with a deep gutter around it, with a slight thickening towards either pointed end; though the gutter appears apt to receive enamel there is no trace of colorant. Copper alloy strap fitting. Cast strap-slide in the form of a dumbbell toggle with a hollow back to its middle part and a rounded section loop. Two slightly unequal sub-spherical ends, each with a collar, joined - the loop and toggle are cast in one piece. The dumbbell form of toggle is of later Iron Age origin though its incorporation here into a strap fitting suggests a Roman date. Suggested date: Early Roman, 75-200. Cast plate comprising a cockle shell or fan shaped element with a rectangular section above it with paired horizontal ribs towards its upper and lower edges, all with a rectangular loop behind. Copper alloy and red enamel Belt Mount. Cast Disc-Attachment fragment. A circular plate surmounted by the stub of a tapered suspension loop or clip. The plate bears a central inscribed ring and dot retaining a central spot of red enamel which shows through on the back, indicating the drilling of the dot penetrated the object; crudely incised angular lines border or decorate the stub of the clip. Suggested date: Late Roman, 350-400. Diameter (plate): 18.5mm, Length: 24.8mm, Thickness (plate): 1.9mm, Weight: 5.28gms.

The display face is gilded. The rivets protrude onto the flat plain back where their shanks are 2.9mm in diameter. Suggested date: Late Roman, 200-350.
