Probably Base Silver Roman Coin fragment of an indeterminate issuer, comprising a flan retaining scant discernible detail save a rectangular over-stamp on one side. About one third of the flan is lost. Suggested date: Roman, 40-400. Cliff Reeves kindly examined this coin. Diameter: 19.5mm, Weight: 2.34gms.
