The top and bottom are flat. There is a central hole pierced though the length of the object. Each end of the hole is an irregular oval shape. Patina cream. A complete cast lead weight of Roman to Post Medieval date. The weight is barrel shaped with a maximum diameter of 15 at the midpoint and is 17mm in length and tapering to around 8mm at each end. It has a central perforation throughout its length.The central perforation is about 3 mm in diameter, and the object weighs 17.79g. It has a cream patina. This type of weight has been in use for a very long period of time and can have multiple functions or uses, but this is possibly a net or fishing weight

An incomplete, cast lead steel-yard weight, probably dating from the Roman to post-medieval period c.43 - 1800 AD. It is biconical with a central cylindrical body. There are slight scuff marks but otherwise, the weight is in good condition. The form is not uniformly Roman (see for instance LANCUM-82F8EF), and such weights were in use through to the post-medieval period. It is 42.43 mm high, 20.30 mm in diameter and weighs 107.18g.

A biconical lead with an iron pin through the centre. At the the top the pin divides into two arms to form a loop; the arms are broken shortly above the apex of the lead. The surface of the weight is undecorated. The weight is possibly from a Roman steelyard, though similar biconical weights are known from later periods.
