An irregular and very worn copper-alloy Roman coin with silver plating. It is uncertain as to whether this is a plated denarius or a late 3rd century radiate. Located at the edge of the flan is what appears to be the remains of a piercing. The coin measures 16.3mm in diameter, 1.7mm thick and weighs 1.9g.
