An incomplete copper-alloy wire possible double-hooked fastener of Post Medieval date. It is missing one of the terminals. It is formed from a single strand of plain wire, circular in section with a thickened shaft in the centre. One terminal has been folded over to form a loop. This wire measures 68.84mm in length, 2.85mm in diameter, 2.10g in weight. There are similar examples from Norwich (Margeson, 1993, p. 18, no. 82, 84).

An incomplete late Bronze Age copper-alloy end-winged axe. Sub-rectangular in plan with butt, side loop folded wings and crescentic cutting edge. The butt end and most of the wings are missing. The damaged butt end is 25.34mm wide and 20.14mm thick. Casting seams are faintly visible along the centre of each side. The small surviving sections of the wings suggest that both are C-shaped in cross-section with their ends turned inwards. A large fragment of Medieval painted window glass. It is roughly circular in form and has figural decoration depicting a face, probably of an angel or perhaps a saint. The glass is clear with many small air pockets and a slightly rough texture particularly on the back face and probably as a result of the method of manufacture. At the top of the sherd there is a short and smooth complete rounded edge, the curved form of the edges to either side deliberately worked to give the fragment its shape. Fragment of Roman window glass with one original edge. A translucent pale greyish green in colour, both faces are matt but one is much rougher than the other. (This is caused by blowing a cylinder, cutting it up one side and allowing it to flatten onto a sand bed). 37.5 mm long (parallel to the original edge) and 19 mm wide, and just over 5 mm thick. The original edge is rounded, but slopes much more gently to the smoother face.

Fragment of window glass with small length of original edge. A translucent darkish turquoise, one face is matt and the other has a slight sheen with very fine striations parallel to the original edge. The original edge is evenly rounded to form a U shape. 22 mm long (perpendicular to the original edge) and 20 mm wide, and 3.5 mm thick. One oval air bubble (from blowing) survives.

1: A fragment of cast Roman pale blue/green window glass, roughly rectangular in shape, measuring 25mm by 19mm in size and 4mm in thickness. A complete corner survives with rounded edges and a tooling mark near the corner, so this glass was square or rectangular in shape when complete. Two fragments of probably late medieval or early post-medieval stained window glass. The glass appears to have been clear originally, but is highly corroded with a flaking surface. The reverse is particularly pitted, which may have occured due to exposure to the elements whilst still positioned in the window frame. Traces of painted geometric decoration can be seen on the inner faces of both fragments. A small fragment of glass, possibly window glass. The fragment is roughly triangular in form, pale blue/green in colour, containing some air bubbles and with one surface coarser/rougher than the other. The longest (upper?) edge of the fragment is complete and at one end it begins to curve slightly before terminating in old breaks. It measures 14.65mm in length, 26.13mm in width, 1.56mm in thickness, and 0.91g in weight. This is a possible fragment of window glass or similar. Its find spot might indicate a Roman date, although a later date range cannot be ruled out entirely.

A 16th century silver huntman's whistle, now full of soil and incomplete and damaged at the mouth piece end. This whistle is cut from silver sheet and soldered; it is cylindrical and increases in diameter from the mouth-piece to the open end. Two wire collars divide the whistle into three sections; the upper section has a mouth-piece with a damaged sound hole. The central section is decorated with diagonal ribs. The lower section is undecorated but its circular end has an applied rim of filigree wire. There is a damaged suspension loop on the underside of the whistle.
