A cast copper alloy hooked suspension hanger from a post medieval sword belt suspension set. The hanger is 48.4mm in length with moulded foliate or vine scroll decoration and two rivet holes which have traces of rusted iron rivets. It has a trefoil terminal and a tapering body which ends in lobed terminal with a round hook.

A complete copper alloy Medieval swivel strap fitting dating to c AD 1100-1500. The object comprises a pair of articulated loops, the smaller of which (9mm diameter) has a conical collar with an integral axis peg which sits within a hole in the base of the larger (13.2mm diameter). The sides of the larger loop flare to moulded shoulders at the base plate and have decoration comprising pairs of short incised transverse lines running up into the loop.

A gilded cast copper alloy post medieval strap slide. The plate is rectangular, 23.9mm in length, with moulded decoration of unclear form and three pairs of small flanking projecting lobes. The reverse is flat with a pair of projecting lugs, one at either end of the plate, with flat cross section. These would have formed a square loop to hold the straps.

An eye section from an early Post Medieval toggle clasp, possibly from a sword belt or hanger. The clasp is one piece with moulded relief, an engraved and openwork plate with two rivet holes complete with corroded remnants of iron rivets, a collar, eye, rounded end bar and circular suspension loop. Both sides of the plate have two deep cusps between a trefoil knop in the centre and two bifurcate knops at either end. The surface has traces of tinning. As Read (2008), p 209, Type 1 number 755.

An incomplete cast copper alloy early post medieval strap hook, or hooked strap fitting, with an integral loop. The plate is oval with transverse collars at either end, these are decorated with incised grooves along their mid-line. At one end of the object is a long blunt hook which is bent back along the underside for around three quarters of the length of the object. At the other end is a stump for a circular loop which has broken, probably through wear. As Read (2008) p.232 number 829.

The body of the mount is in the form of a waisted, round bottomed M or tulip shaped plate, with incised vine scroll decoration running down towards the hook. An incomplete medieval cast copper alloy zoomorphic mount or belt-fitting with an open rectangular central plate with sloping sides. One projecting terminal remains in the form of a bird's tail, with five incised grooves delineating feathers and a central rivet hole.
