A complete cast copper alloy early post medieval dress hook of Read's (2008) Class E, Type 1. The plate is rectangular with three projecting knops along each long side and a raised rectangular central boss with a quatrefoil. The plate has a moulded border of small oblique lines. The rear end has a rectangular attachment loop and the front edge has a pointed hook with a small ridged collar.

A complete copper alloy dress hook The artefact body is broadly circular, with openwork moulding in the form of four circles either side of the central motif. In the base is a V shaped frame and sitting in this is a relief moulded pineapple or pine cone. An incomplete Post-Medieval copper alloy dress hook probably dating to c. AD 1550-1700. The remains of the fastener consists of a broadly sub-rectangular flattened plate which has been extruded and bent over into a hook. The front of the hook is plain and undecorated and is slightly convex. At the opposite end of the hook is an ancient break. The reverse of the fastener is slightly concave. An incomplete cast copper alloy early post medieval blunt-hooked clasp of Read's (2008) Class A, Type 10. The clasp has a sub-lozenge shaped plate decorated in moulded relief with a four petalled flower with sepals bordered by two addorsed spirals. There are three small attachment loops, one at the rear end and two flanking the base of the blunt hook at the front end, which has broken. The surface has traces of tinning.

The plate is circular with a moulded circular design in the centre, with seven impressed circles, which may be flowers, surrounding it. There is an integral trapezoidal attachment lug. The hook extends below the plate, curving back into a sharp point.The item has a brown patina, with some corrosion on the outward face of the plate which obscures the detail of the design. An incompletecast copper alloy dress hook of early Post-Medieval date, c. AD 1500 - 1700. It is missing the hook and attatchment loop. An incomplete post medieval copper alloy composite dress hook of Read's (2008) Class D, specifically Type 6. All that remains is the trefoil base plate, which has an engrailed edge and three holes through which the separately made attachment loop and a separate central decorative element were secured. There are solder scars on the plate from three domed hemispherical bosses and the sharp hook, mounted on the front of the plate.
