Cast copper alloy aquamanile in the form of a camel's head, with a bridle that has roundels just behind each nostril, attached to the nose strap, and a roundel on each cheek, attached to the chin strap and another strap that loops behind the head, terminating at a double roundel. Two thicker straps, decorated with square recessed punches, are draped from a large roundel, 14 mm in diameter, on the crown of the head, down to the double roundel at the back of the head. Fragment of a medieval pottery aquamanile in hard reduced sandy lead-glazed ware: the spout is in the form of a dog's head and collared neck with the impressed details of eyes, teeth and nostrils. The ears survive only as stubs and are surrounded by dots within grooves that extend down between the eyes to form a loop filled with dots. The head has been inserted into the neck, which would have formed part of the main body during manufacture. The collar is formed from an applied strip. Fragment of Medieval sandyware from the Nash Hill kilns, in the form of a spout from a zoomorphic jug or aquamanile (roof tiles have terminals like these too, but these are often bigger). The spout has two eyes in the form of a punched ring with a punched circle for the eyeball inside. A horizontal groove either side of the snout-like spout suggests a mouth, and two indentations at the top of the snout at the end are nostrils. The spout would have been near to the rim.
