An intact but very worn and patinated Roman coin, diamter 31mm, weight 16g. The copper alloy coin has worn green patina around the edges and brown patina on both faces. In a raking light images are discernable on both faces, but the legend is obscure. Obverse; Right facing male, bearded, curly haired with well defined nose and brow. Reverse; Left facing seated figure, the chair appears to have a 'stretcher' between the legs.
