A complete copper-alloy strap fitting or belt mount of Post-Medieval date, c.AD 1500 - 1700. The fitting comprises a flat D-sectioned plate with a bilobate terminal at one end and a pointed sub-triangular terminal at the other. The mid-section is waisted.  The reverse of the fitting is flat and undecorated with two integral attachment spikes, one at either end, with curing tips. The metal has a dark green patina and is worn. The fitting is 23.3mm long, 15.1mm wide, 6.2mm thick and weighs 1.5g. An incomplete copper-alloy buckle of Post-Medieval date, c.AD 1690 - 1720.  The buckle is sub-rectangular with a drilled frame for a separate spindle. Moulded transverse grooves are present over each spindle hole. The spindle is retained around which a triangular pin is fitted by a closed loop. A ‘cooking-pot’ chape is also retained around the spindle, though the outer edge is lost to worn breaks. Patches of a white metal coating are present on the surface of the buckle. A ceramic sherd from the rim of a Medieval vessel, dating from about AD 1100 - 1500. The fabric is hard, irregular and buff coloured throughout. It has frequent quartz inclusions that break the surface. The rim is square, forming an external flange, and has a slight lip forming a seating for a lid. A cast copper-alloy thimble of late Medieval date, from around AD 1350 - 1500. It has a single incised/engraved groove round the rim, straight sides and a pointed, dome-shaped top.  Small unevenly positioned pits cover the dome, and they are in vertical lnes on the walls. Folds in the metal are visible insdie the rim. Measurements are; length 18.7mm, width 19.4mm, thickness 16.6mm and weight 4.0g. A fragment of a copper alloy Roman trumpet brooch dating from AD 75 - 175. Only the middle of the bow survives. It has a very worn acanthus moulding, of three petals above and three below a central disc. The moulding continues round the back of the bow. There is a worn collar above and below. The lower bow is flat in cross-section and has a central ridge on the reverse whhich is the top of the catchplate. The breaks are worn and patinated. The fragment has a green and brown patina. It is 29.56mm long, 10.26mm wide and 7.88mm thick. It weighs 5.05g.

An incomplete copper alloy double loop buckle dating to about  AD 1550-1650. One loop is missing. There are two projecting knops on the outer edge of the bevelled loop of the buckle.  There are two stubs on either side of the pin bar where the other loop would have been attached. There is a knop at each end of the pin bar. The pin bar is rectangular in profile. The reverse is flat. The measurements are; length 19.4mm, width 15.1mm, thickness 3.3mm, and weight 2.82g. The strap end is sub-oval in shape with a pointed terminal at the closed end and a worn break at the end from which the split attachment plates would have extended. Only part of the lower plate survives. The pointed terminal is worn though bears traces of indistinct moulded decoration. The front of the main plate has a longitudinal recessed rectangular panel.
