A small, copper alloy model of a quadruped with a long tail, possibly a lioness, leopard or similar. It is missing most of its very thin legs. The body is curled around, the head being inside this curl, facing semi-sideways, with a posisble short mane marked on the back. The waist is narrow and the haunches are well defined. A complete enamelled copper alloy heraldic horse harness pendant of Medieval date (1200-1400 AD). The shape of the pendant is a heater shield with a suspenion loop at right angles in the centre of the top edge. The front face is decorated with three roundels in the chief, followed by two bars (one in the centre and one in the bottom third). This decoration is formed by red enamel in shaped recesses. It has a slight central ridge on the outer-side and the back is flat. The leg is straight and there is no foot.  Measurements are; length 31.1mm, width 41.3mm, thickness 8.9mm and weight 46.14g.

A late Medieval to Post Medieval copper alloy button dating from AD 1450 - 1600. It has a domed solid head with a central pimple, and an integrally cast attachment loop. A complete copper-alloy strap end of medieval date, c.AD 1150 - 1450. The object comprises two heater shield shaped plates joined together at the lower pointed terminal. The opposite end is open, though joined with a central rivet. The sides of the plates are broadly parallel. The upper surface of one plate is decorated with a shallowly incised triangle flanked by pellets. The metal has a mid-green patina and is worn. A cast copper-alloy coin weight for a ryal issued AD 1464 - 1470 (judging from the mass), with the weight dating from the AD 1464 - 1600. The weight is a sub-circular disc shape, and is uniface. The face bears a wooden planked ship carrying a king. The details are not visible. There is an overall green patina to both sides of the piece. Compare examples on page 18 and 19 of Withers and Withers (1995) Lions, Ships and Angels. Measurements are; diameter 16.9mm, thickness 4.2mm and weight 6.95g.

An incomplete copper-alloy finger ring of Roman date, c.AD 50-300. Guiraud's Type 1b (Henig Type 1). The bezel is round with a sub-rectangular section with a recessed circular cell to the upper surface. The cell holds five circles of blue enamel in a cross formation. One of the circles is largely lost. The remains of an integral hoop extend downward at almost 90 degrees to either end of the reverse of the bezel. It is circular, a raised border on the outer circumference and approximately halfway along the diameter forms a section, inside which cells for enamel are formed by alternate high and low sections.
