A complete post medieval silver cufflink of the 'Crown and Heart' Form 1, Type B style dating to c. AD 1662 - 1714 (Lewis 2013). The front of the cufflink shows a flaming heart crossed by two arrows. The reverse has a central soldered wire loop and is filled with dried mud. The link that secures the loop to the corresponding loop of the second button is inscribed with the maker’s mark ‘TO’ in a rectangle. The edges of the cufflink are bent inwards.
