A small cast copper alloy wedge. It has decoration in the form of two lines parrallel to the edge of the long side but on one edge only. The reverse has no decoration. An incomplete clay tobacco pipe bowl dating to the post medieval period (c.AD 1680-1800). The bowl is undecorated has two mould seams, one on each of the top and bottom. The rim of the bowl is roughly broken. Where the stem would have previously been is an old break. Beneath this break is sprue.

An Early post-Medieval copper alloy dress hook eye dating to c. 16th - 17th century. The eye is a Read Class A, Type 8. The plate is oval in shape with three circular attachment knops. The lower knop has projecting rounded collar. There is a bifurcate ornamental knop at either side of the plate. The upper attachment hook is rectangular in shape. The surface of the oval plate has moulded relief decoration but due to the severity of ware it is unclear what the motif depicts. The reverse is flat and undecorated. Elizabeth 1st shilling, silver 1583 to 1602, sixth issue (Spinks 2014). Overall the coin is well worn, the circumferece of the coin is worn so that in sonme places the letters of the inscription are only half height. The Obverse inscription is ELIZAB DG ANG FR ET HIB REG. The reverse inscription is POUSI DEU ADIUTOREM MEU. The Obverse bust has been worn away and is not visible, but the inscription is visible. The reverse is a long cross on a shield, in the bottom right quarter are 3 lis, the bottom right is 3 lions. the other quarters are worn. The coin has been cut into two pieces…
