An incomplete cast copper alloy Roman Wroxeter brooch. The wings/bow head is an inverted 'D' shape which has an integral plate protruding from the upper edge. The plate is off-set has an abraded upper edge which probably originally had a perforation. The reverse of the bow head is hollow and has an integral lug at either side, with a circular perforation. The lugs originally would have held an axis bar on which the spring was coiled or the pin was hinged, all these mechanisms are now missing. An incomplete cast copper alloy plate brooch of Roman date. The oval brooch measures 30mm by 25.2mm by 2.4mm and weighs 7.2g. The front of the brooch is divided into two recessed sections: a central oval and an outer border. There are traces of red enamel in the border. The central recess is empty. The back is flat and undecorated. At one end is the hinge, which contains iron corrosion, presumably all that survives of the pin, and at the other end is the stub of the catchplate. Late Iron Age to Roman copper alloy Colchester type bow brooch, 65mm long, 21mm wide and weighing 12.20 grams. The brooch is plain with short open wings containing a spring of seven coils. The curved bow is sub circular in section and tapers to a point and has a raised tapering area protruding from the spring and down the centre of the upper part of the bow. Traces of a catchplate 16mm long are just visible and the upper part of the pin survives.

Anglo-Saxon small-long brooch. The brooch is cast copper alloy and has a square headplate decorated with a ring and dot motif in the centre. The motif has two rings to it. Surrounding the headplate are three integral semi-circular wings. Each wing is decorated with two transversly incised lines forming a narrow collar. Anglo-Saxon cruciform brooch fragment, cast copper alloy. The brooch has a square headplate split into three smaller rectangular zones. The central rectangular zone is the largest and sits slightly proud of the flaking zones, being decorated with a perimeter of punched crescents. Two integral side knops remain. Each knop has a moulded collar divided into three bands, and a flat circular knopped terminal. The rest of the brooch is missing at the top of the bow. There is an incomplete double pin lug on the reverse of the headplate.

Anglo-Saxon cruciform brooch, cast copper alloy. The lowest part of the bow is visible, which is faceted and has three recessed collars below. The terminal is in the form of an animal's head. There are two large moulded eyes to either side, a long broad forehead and two circular nostrils forming the snout. The animal head is D-shaped in cross-section. The remains of a catchplate is situated on the reverse of the collared area.

The brooch possesses a D section tapering bow. The bow has a central longitudinal knurled rib which is very prominent towards the head but disappears towards the foot. The foot is marked out by three horizontal grooves and terminates in a small forward facing foot knob. The catchplate is triangular with a semi-circular perforation.
