Lead, flat, with decorated reverse, featuring a fleur de lys in high relief, with an unpierced lug on the reverse. Pointed oval, 35.3mm x 22.9mm. +S:ROB'.FIL'.MAVR'. (the seal of ROB[ERTI] the son of MAUR[ICE] ) (there is a bit of corrosion in the letter M) and the last letter may read IR instead of R. Cross potent in centre with faint cross diagonally beneath. Lug at 12 o'clock position. First half of the 13th century.

A cast copper alloy single looped D-shaped buckle, Medieval in date. The buckle has a narrowed and off-set strap bar. The opposite edge of the frame is thickened with no pin recess. The strap bar is flanked on either end by a knop. No traces of gilding can also be seen on the buckle. Attached to the strap bar is the buckle plate. The plate is also roughly square in shape tapering slightly to the opposite edge. A cast copper alloy harness pendant, in the form of a frame within which is a swinging section. The swinger, with a diameter of 15mm is roughly circular with eight knops arranged evenly around the outer edge. The top knop joins to the suspension loop. The outer frame is also circular but has a scalloped form corresponding to the knops of the swinger. The frame appears to have a roughly diamond cross-section. A cast copper alloy lozenge-shaped harness pendant. The hanger also survives intact and is still attached. The hanger is narrow and roughly oval in shape, with a single projecting integral rivet or stud on the reverse to attach it to the harness. The hinge is small and rounded. The pendant is quite corroded on the reverse, although it may have the remains of fleurs-de-lis on a blue enamel background. A cast copper alloy harness pendant with a lozenge shape. The suspension loop is intact. The face has a cast design in low relief: an outer border and a saltire cross border divide the face into four diamonds. Those at the top and bottom have the image of a fleur-de-lis; those at left and right show what may be flowers. The surface is somewhat corroded but some traces of gilding survive on the face. This artefact dates to the 14th or 15th century.

A cast copper alloy harness pendant or pendant hanger. The single small suspension loop is complete, with a very narrow hole. The base/top of the artefact is pierced by a pin, perhaps for attachment to the harness. The pendant is cast in the shape of a vegetal design- apparently a fleur-de-lis. The decoration consists of lines on the surface. Some gilding survives. This artefact dates to the 13th or 14th century.

An incomplete copper-alloy quatrefoil harness pendant, with a device on both sides. The bottom lobe is missing, along with the suspension loop. The artefact is in poor condition, but on one side much of the enamel survives and the heraldic design is fairly clear. A central shield is surrounded by blue lobes, with a bare border around the edge of the pendant. The shield has three red roundels in the upper portion, and at least two horizontal red bars in the lower portion, all within a red border. A cast copper alloy rectangular buckle plate, formed from a sheet of coppper alloy. The sheet has been folded in half, forming the front and back plate. The plate is not recessed for the buckle frame, and there is a central slot for the pin, the fold is damaged and the pin is missing. There are three rivet holes through the plate, each still containing a rivet. There is one in each corner nearest the strap bar edge and one in the centre. Two further holes at the open end, have been torn through. The plate is undecorated. The plate has a mid brownish-green patina. It is medieval in date.

A fragment of a cast copper alloy double looped buckle. Only part of one of the loops survives. There are lobes marking the end of the strap bar, but the bar is missing. The frame is uninterrupted; so therefore has no pin recess. The pin is missing. The metal is a light greyish-green colour. This type of buckle dates from circa 1550 - 1650. Parallels for this type of buckle can be seen in Whitehead, 2003, p61.

An incomplete copper alloy trumpet brooch, dating from between 75-175 AD. The head, bow and foot remain intact, but the pin and most of the pin fitting are missing. Behind the head is an integral loop in to which the spring pin fitting would have been attached via a chord. Above the loop is a protusion extending upwards slightly above the head.
