Small medieval copper alloy single loop D-shaped buckle frame. Notch to take the missing pin, narrowed strap bar with a collared knop at either end. The strap bar is bent towards the reverse, and the knops point upwards at an angle - the buckle appears to have been cast this way, rather than it being distortion due to wear.
