An incomplete medieval silver penny of Edward I (1272-1307). Class 3cd (North 1018-1019) dating to 1280. Mint of Canterbury. North (1975, 23). The coin measures 18.5 mm in diameter, 0.5 mm in thickness and weighs 1.24 g. It has suffered some circumferential losses at various points and appears also to have been bent.
